| 摘 要： | 目的:观察银杏达莫注射液治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:对86例糖尿病周围神经病变患者进行随机对照临床观察,治疗组在常规治疗基础上予以银杏达莫注射液25ml加生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,日1次;对照组在常规治疗基础上予以脉络宁注射液30ml加生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,日1次。结果:治疗组显效19例,有效17例,无效6例,总有效率85.71%,明显高于对照组40.9%。经x2检验P<0.01,且未见明显不良反应。结论:银杏达莫注射液是治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变较理想的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathies.Methods:86 aged patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathies were divided randomly into two groups.42 cases in the treatment group were treated with rontine treatment plus ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection.44 cases in the control group were treated with routine treatment plus mailuoning and dipyridamole injection.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 85.71%,higher than that of the control group(40.9%)(P<0.01).No obvious side effects were found.Conclusion:Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection is an effective and safe drug for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. |
