| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨离合手法联合撬拨复位LCP内固定治疗粉碎型粗隆间骨折的效果、复位技巧和原理,从而提高临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析自2007年7月～2009年10月我院以离合手法联合撬拨复位配以LCP内固定治疗粉碎型粗隆间骨折的患者35例,其中A2.1型12例,A2.2型10例,A2.3型13例,分析手术时间、C臂机使用次数、骨折愈合情况及患髋Sanders评分。结果:患者平均手术时间55min,平均C臂机使用4次,骨折均已达到解剖复位,随访半年,骨折均愈合,Sanders评分:优10例,良22例,差3例。结论:运用离合手法联合撬拨法进行复位配以LCP内固定在治疗粉碎型粗隆间骨折中,复位效果确切,手术时间明显缩短,C臂机使用次数减少,临床效果佳,复位技巧简便实用。
