| 摘 要： | 为了有效地管理供应链．非常有必要建立对供应商的评价系统，而对供应商的评价指标包括供货的质量、成本、服和和交货能力等诸多因素的非量化指标．根据各个指标的重要性应具有不同的评价权重，采用层次分析法来分析确定复杂评价体系中的各个指标的权重，进而形成一个完整的评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the management of the supplier chain, it is necessary to setup a assessment system on suppliers. The assessment includes lot's of criteria such as quality, cost, service and delivery capabilities. The different criteria should have different weighting. The AHP method is chosen here in the paper to analyse the weighting of individual criteria. |
