紫杉醇每周疗法联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌59例

目的观察紫杉醇每周疗法联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法选择经病理学诊断的晚期NSCLC患者59例，紫杉醇60mg／m^2，第1，8，15天用药，每次静脉滴注3h；顺铂30mg／m^2,静脉滴注2h，第2，3，4天用药。28d为1个周期，至少治疗2个周期。结果59例中，完全缓解3例，部分缓解25例，稳定24例，进展7例，近期总有效率为47．46％；毒性反应主要为骨髓抑制、脱发、神经毒性及恶心、呕吐等，患者均可耐受。结论紫杉醇每周疗法联合顺铂治疗晚期NSCLC是一个疗效较高、毒副反应可耐受的好方案。

Efficacy of Paclitaxel Combined with Cisplatin for Weekly Treatment of 59 Cases of Advanced Non- small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To evaluate the response rate and toxic reaction of weekly paclitaxel and cisplatin in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods A total of 59 cases with non-small lung cancer enrolled in this study. Paclitaxel 60 mg/m^2（3- hour intravenous infusion,d 1,8,15） followed by cisplatin 30 mg/m^2 （2-hour intravenous,d 2,3,4）.The chemotherapy was repeated every 28 days, each patient was given at least 2 cycles. Results There were 3 CR,25 PR,24 NC and 7 PD in 59 patients. The overall response rate was 47.46%. Main adverse effects were BMD,alopecia,neurotoxicity, nausea and vomiting. The adverse effects were tolerable. Conclusion The regimen of paclitaxel and cisplatin in weekly schedule has good efficacy and tolerable toxicity in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
