159例妊娠期糖耐量异常孕妇的妊娠结局分析

目的分析糖耐量异常（IGT）的孕妇的妊娠结局。方法通过回顾性分析我院2009年7月—12月住院分娩的IGT孕妇159例、妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）孕妇126例及200例50 g糖筛查正常孕妇的妊娠结局。结果 IGT组和GDM组妊娠期高血压疾病、胎儿窘迫、巨大儿、早产的发生率均高于正常对照组（P〈0.05）,而两组妊娠结局无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论 IGT的妊娠结局与GDM相似,应及时干预及管理,从而降低母婴并发症。

The analysis of 159 cases gestational impaired glucose tolerance on pregnancy outcome

Objective To investigate the impact of gestational impaired glucose tolerance（IGT） on pregnancy outcome.Methods To retrospective analyze 159 cases of IGT group,126 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM） group and the random selection of 200 cases non-diabetic mellitus about the outcome of pregnancy from July 2009 to December 2009.Results The incidence of the rate of hypertensive disorder in pregnancy,fetal distress,fetal macrosomia,premature infant were markedly higher in IGT and GDM group than those of the control group（P0.05）,there is no significant difference between the two groups of effect on pregnancy outcome.Conclusion Gestational impaired glucose tolerance does great harm to mother and infant as gestational diabetes mellitus,timely treatment of IGT can decrease the complications of mother and infant.
