| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高龄患者全髋置换术的疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析了从1995.1～1998.12的76例75岁以上行全髋置换术的临床资料。结果本组术中无死亡病例，80.4％病例2周下地活动，所有病人安全出院。随访时功能恢复优良者占89.0％。结论高龄患者行全髋置换是安全有效的。

| Abstract: | Purpose To study the effect and indication of hip joint replacement in elderly patients. Methods 76 cases of elderly patients aged 75 to 96 years old were treated by artificial hip joint replacement from 1995 to 1998. Results No patient died during the operation. The overall results were excellent and good in 65 cases (89.0%) after operation. Conclusions The artificial hip joint replacement of old-aged patient is a better method to prolong the patient's life and improve quality of living. |
