摘    要:根据腹透原理及中西医对慢性肾衰的认识,选用益气养阴注射液加入腹透液中进行研究。动物实验结果表明,这种以人参为主的中药注射液能显著提高大鼠尿素的腹膜清除率,该作用在第三期不再加入该中药注射液时存在,对透出液中蛋白质浓度有一定增加作用,对交换过程中的排液量无显著影响,用药期大鼠尿素氮透析液/血浆浓度比显著高于对照期,推测该中药注射液可能增加腹膜毛细血管血流量,从而使腹膜溶质交换增多。

Abstract:The injectio of supplementing qi and nourishing yin was added into peritoneal diaysis solution and the effect of the Chinese medicine was studied based on the peritoneal dialysis theory and Chinese Traditional Chinese Medicine theory on chronicrenal failure. The Chinese medicine injectio which was composed mainly of ginseng obviously increased urea clear rate from blood through peritoneal dialysis. This effect was present even in the absece of the Chinese medicine in phase III. The Chinese medicine could increase the protein concentration in peritoneal dialysis solution but presented little effect on drainage volume in exchange process. The dialysate/plasma ratio of urea nitrogen concentration was significantly higher when the Chinese medicine was used. It is proposed that this Chinese medicine may increase the blood flow volume in capillary bed, therefore speed solute exchange across peritoneum.
