人工周期法与自然周期法准备内膜在复苏囊胚移植中效果的比较

目的:比较人工周期法与自然周期法准备内膜在复苏囊胚移植中的效果。方法:在复苏囊胚移植周期,分别采用外源性雌孕激素(人工周期组192个周期)和自然周期法(自然周期组54个周期)准备内膜,比较周期取消率、妊娠率、流产率、种植率等指标。结果:周期取消率、每移植周期临床妊娠率、流产率、种植率分别为:人工周期组7.3%(14/192)、53.9%(96/178)、11.5%(11/96)、38.8%(131/338);自然周期组16.7%(9/54)、68.9%(31/45)、16.1%(5/31)、52.9%(45/85),二组临床妊娠率、流产率相似,自然周期组的周期取消率和种植率明显高于人工周期组(P<0.05),但人工周期组中非PCOS患者的妊娠率(57.2%,71/124)和种植率(40.9%,95/232)与自然周期组相似。结论:在复苏囊胚移植周期,采用人工周期法准备内膜能够取得与自然周期法相似的妊娠率。

Clinical Outcomes of Frozen-thawed Blastocysts Transfer in Natural or Hormonally Controlled Cycles

Objective:To assess the clinical outcome of frozen-thawed blastocysts transfer(FET)in natural or hormonally controlled cycles.Methods:A retrospective analysis of natural or hormonally controlled cycle was performed for 246 FET cycles,and the cancle-cycle rate,abortion rate,the clinical pregnancy rate and the implan-tation rate were compared.Results:Of the 192 hormonally controlled cycles,the cancel-cycle rate,the clinical pregnancy rate per ET,the abortion rate and the implantation rate were 7.3%(14/192),53.9%(96/178),11.5%(11/96),and 38.8%(131/338),respectively,whereas in 54 natural cycles,these rates were 16.7%(9/54),68.9%(31/45),16.1%(5/31)and 52.9%(45/85),respectively.There was no significant difference between the 2 groups with regard to the clinical pregnancy and abortion rate,but the cancel rate and implantation rate were higher in natural cycles.However,the pregnancy and implantation rates of patients without PCOS in hormonal control cycles(57.2%,40.9%)were similar with those in natural cycles(P>0.05).Conclusion:These findings suggest that both FET protocols are equally effective in terms of pregnancy outcome in women.
