现代化手术部消毒供应室的管理

目的探讨大型医院现代化手术部消毒供应室的整体管理模式。方法将手术室和供应室进行一体化设计和建设，从建筑布局、资源配置、流程管理及质量监控等方面实施手术部消毒供应室整体管理。结果使器械的管理与供应更专业，保证手术器械的消毒灭菌质量，提高了器械的利用率。降低手术周转时间，提高手术室护士和供应室人员效率。结论整体管理模式综合了器械供应的集中式和分散式两种模式的优点，使手术护理和器械的供应能专业化分工，能有效保障大型医院手术室的最佳运转。

Integrated management of disinfection and supply room of operation center

Objective To explore the integrated management of disinfection and supply room with operation center of modernized large-scale hospital. Methods To explore the integrated design and construction of operating room with the supply room was applied. Whole management of the TSSU includes architectural composition, resources deployment, flow management and quality monitoring and so on. Results Surgery instrument' s management and supply were more specialized. Instrument' s use factor was raised. The surgery turn round time was reduced. Operating room and the supply office personnel' s working efficiency was enhanced. Conclusions The integrated management pattern synthesized merits of the CSSD and the TSSU, it causes the surgery nursing and the instrument supplies to be special coverage, and it is advantageous in highly effective revolution of large-scale hospital operating room.
