| 摘 要： | 1 病例资料 病例1,女,39岁,因"发现颈前正中隆起近2年,加重近1个月"于2008年4月15日 至海军军医大学(第二军医大学)长征医院外科门诊就诊.体格检查示颈前正中明显隆起(图1A), 扪及一直径约4 cm的包块,质地中等,活动度较小,无明显局部压迫感.以"颈部肿块"收入院,拟行手术切除"肿块".
