| 摘 要： | 目的 评价手法治疗傍中央型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法 70例傍中央型腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为药物组和手法组,通过疗效标准、症状评分方式等,评价手法治疗傍中央型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.结果 手法治疗傍中央型腰椎间盘突出症总有效率为88.6%,药物组总有效率为77.1%,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),手法组的临床症状评分也有明显改善,明显优于药物组(P＜0.05).结论 手法治疗傍中央型腰椎间盘突出症,临床疗效肯定,且未见明显不良反应,值得临床推广.

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the clinical effect of manipulation on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods Seventy cases with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were randomly divided into two groups,namely the medicine group and the manipulation group. To assess the clinical effect according to curative effect and symptom score. Results The total effective rate of the manipulation group was 88.6 %, while the medicine control group was 77.1%. It was significant different between the two groups(P＜0.05). And the score of the two groups has very significant different(P＜0.01). The clinical effect of the manipulation group was better. Conclusion Manipulation in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion is effective and safety. |
