住院病人的心理卫生与医院护理人员行为关怀分析

目的:为了解住院患者的心理卫生状况.方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)随机抽取500名住院患者,按小学以下、初中、高中以上的文化程度进行调查分析.结果:经统计学X2检验,住院病人中有47.4%人存在不同程度的心理问题.结论:小学以下与初中文化程度比较中,人际关系和焦虑两项有极显著差异(P＜0.01);在小学以下与高中以上文化程序比较中人际关系、敌对、偏执、总均分等四项有极显著差异(P＜0.01)

An analysis of in - patient' mental hygiene and nursing care behavior

Objective To investigate the in-patients' psychological healthy conditions. Methods (SCL-90)was adopted to investigate and analyse the data of 500 patients according to their educational degrees. Results 47.4%in-patients had various mental illness. Conclusion Between the cases under elementary school education and t hose with middle school education, there were significant differences in the ite ms of inter-personal relationship and anxiety(P<0.01).Between the in-patien ts under elementary school education and those above high school education, the re were great differences in the items of inter-personal relationship,hostility, extreity and the general average points(P<0.01).
