20例普胸外科手术后感染患者的临床处理分析

目的调查20例普胸外科手术后感染患者的临床情况。方法对患者进行回顾性调查，使用统一调查表逐项登记；对20例普胸外科手术后感染患者进行感染确定，最后做药敏试验。结果患者感染菌的种类多，药敏试验发现细菌对抗生素的耐药性明显增加。结论普胸外科切口感染危险因素很多，主要与手术种类、手术方式、年龄、住院时间、抗生素使用明显相关。

Processing and Analysis of Postoperative Infection in Chest Surgery

Objective To investigate clinical setting of postoperative infection in chest surgery patients. Methods We carried out retrospective investigations to 20 patients,and used the same questionnaire to record every option. We made sure that 20 patients were infected. And then we did susceptibility test. Results Bacterium that 20 patients infected was various. Susceptibility test showed that drug resistance of bacteria was increasing obviously. Conclusion In normal chest surgery, there are many chances with infection of incisional wound, for example the kind of operation modus operandi, age, length of stay, using antibiotics.
