| 摘 要： | 利用气相色谱法对消毒液中戊二醛含量的测定方法进行了观察。结果,检出限为0.0188g/L,线性范围0％～25％,回收率93％～98％,变异系数<2.3％。结果显示,该方法具有选择性强,灵敏度高,操作简便,分析速度快,样品不经分离可直接测定。

| Abstract: | Gas chromatography was used to observe the method of measuring glutaraldehyde content in disinfectant solution. The results indicated that the detectable limit was 0.0188 g/ L, the linear range was 0%-25%, the recovery rate was 93%-98% and the variation coefficient was < 2.3%. The results indicate that this method is strongly selective, highly sensitive, easy to operate, rapid for analysis and can measure directly without separation. |
