摘    要:目的:观察大鼠脑缺血再灌注12 h后血清hS-CRP含量的变化,以探讨血清hS-CRP水平对于急性脑血管病的诊断意义。方法:线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞模型,缺血2 h再灌注12 h后,评价大鼠神经功能状态,观察大鼠脑梗死情况,心脏取血检测血清hS-CRP含量。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠神经功能缺损评分升高,血清hS-CRP含量升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:hS-CRP与大鼠脑缺血造成的神经功能缺损密切相关。
