| 摘 要： | 目的:观察香椿子水提物对四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖的影响。方法:采用腹腔注射四氧嘧啶复制小鼠糖尿病模型,造模成功后分为模型组、香椿子水提物治疗组、阳性对照组,并设正常对照组。治疗组灌胃给药治疗2 w,正常对照组及模型组灌胃给予同体积生理盐水,末次给药后摘眼球取血离心,取上清液测定血清血糖;然后,小鼠脱颈椎处死,解剖取胸腺,称重,计算胸腺指数。结果:与模型组比较,香椿子水提物治疗组小鼠空腹血糖降低,胸腺指数升高。结论:香椿子水提物有一定的降糖作用。 |
