离体兔Oddis括约肌压力和肌电的同步检测

摘    要:目的:用自制的黏触式肌电和压力同步检测管分别检测兔在体和离体Oddis括约肌压力波、肌电波,并比较检测结果,从而为进一步检测各种因素对Oddis括约肌的单独和联合作用提供简单易行的实验模型。方法:以肌电压力同步检测管检测在体Oddis括约肌的肌电和压力波,而后切除Oddis括约肌后,立即转至37℃Crebs液中并同法检测离体Oddis括约肌的肌电和压力波,比较在体、离体后1 h、2 h的肌电和压力波。结果:12只家兔均同步检测到稳定的离体Oddis括约肌的肌电和压力波,肌电强度和压力波幅与在体检测结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但离体肌电基础压、频率较在体明显降低,离体后2 h与1 h肌电强度无明显变化。结论:离体后的Oddis括约肌压力波和肌电与在体检测有较好的一致性,故上述方法可以用以研究各种因素对Oddis括约肌的作用。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the results of myoelectric wave and pressure wave of Oddis sphincter in vitro and in vivo in order to provide an animal model for further study of influence of various factors on Oddis sphincter.Methods:12 adult rabbits were anesthetized and opened dodecadactylon,then synchronous detector of myoelectric and pressure wave was inserted into Oddis sphincter and recorded myoelectric and pressure wave.Then Oddis sphinter was cut down and transported into 37 ℃ crebs solution.Myoelectric and pressure wave were recorded after 1 h and 2 h.Results were compared with those in vivo.Result:Steaty myoelectric and pressure wave were detected synchronously of all rabbits in vitro.There were no statistical differences in myoelectric and amplitude of pressure between in vitro and in vivo.Basal pressure and frequency in vitro were lower than those in vivo.Conclusion:The results of myoelectric and pressure wave in vitro are similar to those in vivo.This method can be used to study influences of various factors on Oddis sphincter.
