| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中华真地鳖对兔桡骨骨折断端局部骨密度及骨愈合的影响。方法:取新西兰大白兔24只建桡骨骨折模型,随机分为两组,对照组12只给予生理盐水灌胃,实验组12只给予中华真地鳖药液灌胃。术后第15天、第30天、第60天每组随机取4只兔子处死后取出前臂尺桡骨,行X线摄片、骨密度测量及HE染色检查。结果:术后第15天、第30天时,实验组大白兔骨密度高于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);X线摄片以及HE染色检查示实验组大白兔骨折断端生长良好,骨小梁及骨基质的形成均早于对照组。结论:中华真地鳖能加快骨折愈合过程。
