Abstract: | Published data and our own observations were used to develop a general strategy, methodology, and approaches to the treatment of PTSD (PTSD) with separate groups of psychopharmacological agents. Features of the treatment of acute stress reactions and PTSD were identified. Differences in the efficacy of psychopharmacotherapy in these states were noted: positive results in the treatment of acute stress reactions were obtained in 90% of cases, compared with 40–60% in PTSD. Treatment recommendations for these states are presented. |
