| 摘 要： | 表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)是具有酪氨酸激酶活性的跨膜糖蛋白,在多种上皮性肿瘤内有较高表达。当EGFR与配体结合后,能导致细胞内多种基因激活,从而促进细胞增殖、黏附、转移和血管增生,所以EGFR过表达与肿瘤发生关系密切。同时EGFR又是抗肿瘤药物的靶标,因此检测肿瘤内EGFR表达状况,对指导肿瘤化疗方案的选择有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Epidermal growth factor receptor is a kind of transmembrane glycoprotein with PTK activity, which have high expression in many epithelial t umour. When it binded with its ligand, it can resulted in gene activation, which then promoted the proliferation, adhesion and metabasis of cells and vascular proliferation. So its over expression is closely related to the tumor genesis. Meanwhile, EGFR is also a target of anti-tumor drug, so detecting its expression in the tumor has great significance in introducing the selection of tumor chems. |
