| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗妇科急腹症的临床应用价值。方法：回顾分析2007年1月—2010年8月210例因妇科急腹症在我院行急诊腹腔镜手术的患者的临床资料,并与同期行急诊开腹手术的200例患者进行比较。结果：与开腹组相比,腹腔镜组手术时间明显缩短,术中出血量少,术后体温恢复正常快,留置尿管时间短,进食早,肛门排气早,下床活动早,住院时间缩短,2组间有显著差异（P〈0.01）。腹腔镜手术切口愈合良好。结论：腹腔镜手术治疗妇科急腹症快速、安全、有效,可作为一种常规手术加以推广。
