| 摘 要： | 目的：观测柯萨奇病毒B3（CVB3）诱导HeLa细胞凋亡的动态过程。方法：用CVB3感染HeLa细胞后,在不同时间点收集细胞,通过相差显微镜、电子显微镜、流式细胞仪和DNA缺口末端标记法（TUNEL）检测HeLa细胞的病变。结果：CVB3感染HeLa细胞4h后,细胞发生凋亡（11.79%±0.962%比4.07%±0.665%,P〈0.05）并呈时间依赖性增高,36~48h达高峰。但在病毒感染CVB3后1h时,CVB3则抑制细胞凋亡的发生（2.21%±0.448%比3.73%±0.637%,P〈0.05）。结论：CVB3可诱导HeLa细胞发生凋亡,但感染早期病毒则抑制细胞凋亡。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the dynamic process of apoptosis in HeLa cells induced by Coxsackievirus B3（CVB3）.Methods： After infection with CVB3,HeLa cells were harvested at different time points,cytopathic effect and apoptosis were detected by contrast microscopy,electron microscopy,flow cytometry and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP nickend labeling（TUNEL）.Results： Apoptosis of HeLa cells occured in 4 hours after coculture with CVB3,（11.79%±0.962% vs.4.07%±0.665%,P0.05）,which peaked at 36-48h post-infection.However,apoptosis was inhibited in HeLa cells at 1hour post-infection with CVB3（2.21%±0.448% vs.3.73%±0.637%,P0.05）.Conclusions： CVB3 infection induces apoptosis in HeLa cells,and virus-associated apoptosis may play an important role in the pathogenesis of cytopathic effect. |
