| 摘 要： | 目的：分析痛风患者血脂水平特征,探讨痛风患者血脂异常的可能原因及心血管系统疾病高发生率的机制。方法：测定41例痛风患者（痛风组：急性发作期组28例,发作间歇期组13例）与40例健康体检者对照组血总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、载脂蛋白A（apoA）、载脂蛋白B（apoB）、脂蛋白（a）Lp（a）]、氧化低密度脂蛋白（ox-LDL）和超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）浓度,并分析hs-CRP水平与血脂浓度的相关性。结果：与对照组相比,痛风组血浆中TC、LDL-C、apoB、Lp（a）和ox-LDL浓度均显著增高（P〈0.05）;痛风急性发作期患者hs-CRP浓度显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）,HDL-C浓度则显著低于对照组和痛风缓解期组（P〈0.05）;痛风急性发作期患者HDL-C浓度与hs-CRP呈显著负相关（r=-0.452,P〈0.05）。结论：痛风患者体内致动脉粥样硬化性血脂谱特征的血脂发生显著变化,急性发作期患者血脂谱的变化可能与体内炎性反应及氧化应激有关。
