| 摘 要： | 目的：通过检测健康人、急性发作期和缓解期哮喘患者外周血CD4^＋CD25^＋CD127^lo/-Treg细胞的表达水平,探讨该细胞表达水平的变化与哮喘患者病情严重程度的关系。方法：采集急性发作期、缓解期哮喘患者及健康人外周抗凝血,用流式细胞术检测其外周血中CD4^＋CD25^＋CD127^lo/-Treg细胞占CD4^＋T细胞的比例。结果：哮喘急性发作组和缓解组患者外周血中CD4^＋CD25^＋CD127^lo/-Treg细胞占CD4^＋T细胞的百分比低于健康对照组（P〈0.05）;哮喘急性发作期组CD4^＋CD25^＋CD127^lo/-Treg细胞占CD4^＋T细胞的百分比低于哮喘缓解组（P〈0.05）。结论：CD4^＋CD25^＋CD127^lo/-Treg细胞数量减少可能参与了哮喘的发病过程。 |
