| 摘 要： | 经皮内窥镜引导下胃造口术(PEG)是一项简便、高效、安全的置管技术,尤其对不能经口进食患者的营养支持有不可替代的作用,应严格按照适应证、道德标准、禁忌证来选择行PEG的患者.早期开展PEG,能明显改善生活质量.Abstract：Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) is an convenient, effective, and safe technique,and is especially useful for the nutritional support of patients who are unable to befedorally. PEG should be carefully arranged based on indications, ethical criteria, and contraindications. Early PEG can remarkably improve the quality of life.
