侧脑室脑膜瘤的显微手术治疗

目的:分析侧脑室脑膜瘤的临床特点及治疗。方法:回顾性分析16例经手术治疗的侧脑室脑膜瘤患者的临床表现、影像学特征、手术入路和疗效。结果:侧脑室脑膜瘤患者16例,发病年龄25~56岁,其中女9例,男7例。全组患者均行显微手术治疗,术中全切除13例,次全切除2例,大部分切除1例。术后所有患者症状及体征均明显改善。结论:侧脑室脑膜瘤临床表现为颅高压及局部压迫症状体征等。CT、MRI检查可以定位或定性,选择合适的手术入路,用显微外科手术切除肿瘤是安全有效的治疗方法。

Microsurgical Removal of Lateral Ventricular Meningioma

Aim: To analyze the clinical features and treatment of lateral ventricular meningioma.
