合并心脏卵圆孔未闭脑卒中12例临床特点分析

目的：探讨合并心脏卵圆孔未闭脑卒中患者的临床特点。方法：回顾性研究2008至2010年收治的合并心脏卵圆孔未闭的脑卒中12例患者的临床资料。结果：本组12例患者中,有高血压史2例、吸烟史3例。卵圆孔缺损≥2mm者10例（83.3%）,年龄〈55岁8例（66.7%）,有偏头痛病史3例（25.0%）。头颅MRI示梗死位于额叶皮质下及顶叶皮质下各7例（58.3%）,前循环供血区7例（58.3%）。结论：合并心脏卵圆孔未闭的缺血性脑卒中患者发病年龄偏小,偏头痛病是其并发症;卵圆孔缺损≥2mm者易罹患脑卒中。

Clinical Analysis of Stroke Patients with Patent Foramen Ovale:A Report of 12 Cases

Aim： To investigate the clinical manifestation of stroke patients with patent foramen ovale. Methods： 12 cases of stroke patients with patent foramen ovale diagnosed and treated from 2008 to 2010 were reviewed retrospectively. Results： Of 12 patients, two had hypertension, three had history of smoking. 10（83.3%） showed the PFO size≥2mm, 8（66.6%） were below 55 years old, 3（25.0%） had migraine. All these patients were examined by brain MRI, 7（58.3%） showed frontal subcortical leisions, 7（58.3%） showed parietal subcortical leisions, 7（58.3%） showed leisions in anterior circulation. Conclusion： Cryptogenic stroke patients with patent foramen ovale were younger,migraine was significantly associated with patent foramen ovale in these patients. Patients with patent foramen ovale size ≥2 mm have a significantly higher prevalence of stroke.
