低剂量米非司酮联合妈富隆对更年期功能失调性子宫出血患者的性激素浓度影响以及治疗效果观察

目的:检测低剂量米非司酮联合妈富隆对功能性子宫出血患者性激素浓度的影响,观察其治疗效果。方法:80例功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予小剂量米非司酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用妈富隆治疗。检测两组患者雌激素(E2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)以及黄体生成素(LH);对比观察两组患者控制出血时间和完全止血时间。结果:观察组患者治疗前后E2、FSH以及LH浓度明显下降,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而对照组患者治疗前后性激素水平无明显变化,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者控制出血时间(19.45±5.69)h和完全止血时间(34.81±6.25)h均短于对照组患者〔(28.49±6.53)h、45.75±7.32)h〕,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮和妈富隆治疗功血作用机制不同,疗效也不同。二者联合应用可以起到互补作用,安全有效,值得推广。

Effect of low-dose mifepristone combined with marvelon on the patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding and observation on the curative effect

Objective:To detect the effect of low-dose mifepristone combined with marvelon on the concentrations of sex hormones in the patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,observe the curative effect.Methods:A total of 80 patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the patients in control group were treated with low-dose mifepristone,while the patients in observation group were treated with marvelon on the basis of therapies used in observation group.The levels of estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),and luteinizing hormone(LH) in the two groups were detected;the controlling time and complete stoping time of bleeding in the two groups were compared and observed.Results:The concentrations of estradiol,FSH,and LH after treatment in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);but there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of sex hormones between before and after treatment in control group(P>0.05).The controlling time and complete stoping time of bleeding in observation group were(19.45±5.69) hours and(34.81±6.25) hours,respectively,which were statistically significantly shorter than those in control group((28.49±6.53) hours and 45.75±7.32) hours,respectively)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mechanism of curative effect of mifepristone combined with marvelon for patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding varied,and the curative effects varied.Mifepristone and marvelon have complementary effects,which are safe and effective,and the methods are worthy to be popularized.
