宫腔镜子宫黏膜下肌瘤电切术的临床应用

目的:探讨宫腔镜子宫黏膜下肌瘤电切术的手术方法及其并发症预防。方法:对96例子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者行宫腔镜电切术,术中行B超或腹腔镜监护。结果:96例患者一次性手术成功率为95.8%,切除的肌瘤直径平均值为(3.6±0.7)cm,最大直径6 cm,手术时间平均(41.2±15.9)min,术中出血量平均(15.4±22.4)ml,发生手术并发症2例,分别为稀释性低钠血症和一过性发热。结论:宫腔镜子宫黏膜下肌瘤切除是安全有效的,加强术中监护可预防并发症的发生。

Clinical application of hysteroscopic electroresection for submucous myoma

Objective:To explore the surgical method and prevention of complications of hysteroscopic electroresection for treatment of submucous myoma. Methods:A total of 96 patients with submucous myoma were treated with hysteroscopic electroresection,ultrasound and laparoscope were used for intraoperative monitoring. Results:The one-time successful rate was 95.8%,the mean value of diameter of resected submucous myoma was(3.6±0.7) cm,the longest diameter was 6 cm,the mean operation time was(41.2±15.9) minutes,the mean amount of blood loss during operation was(15.4±22.4) ml.Surgical complications occurred in two cases,which were dilutional hyponatremia and postoperative temporal fever,respectively. Conclusion:Hysteroscopic electroresection of submucous myoma is safe and effective,strengthening intraoperative monitoring can prevent the occurrence of complications.
