容桂地区育龄妇女多囊卵巢综合征患病率及临床特征调查

目的:调查容桂地区育龄妇女多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的患病率,探讨该地区PCOS的临床特点。方法:采取整群随机抽样的方法抽取1 000例育龄妇女作为调查对象。按照ESHRE/ASRM诊断标准,进行问卷调查、体格检查及超声检查。对于可疑PCOS者,于第二天空腹抽血检测性激素6项、空腹血清胰岛素、空腹血糖。患者确诊后,抽取相同例数正常对照人群同时进行相同指标检测,比较正常对照组和PCOS组的生化指标。结果:在接受调查的1 000例本地区育龄妇女中确诊PCOS病例63例,占全部调查人群的6.3%。PCOS患者的临床表现包括不孕、卵巢多囊性改变、月经异常、痤疮、多毛、肥胖等,伴有性激素及血清胰岛素水平的改变。结论:本地区育龄妇女PCOS患病率为6.3%,临床表现以卵巢多囊性改变、月经异常、肥胖为主。

Investigation on prevalence and clinical characteristics of women at childbearing age with polycystic ovary syndrome in Ronggui area

Objective:To investigate the prevalence of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) in women at childbearing age in Ronggui area,explore the clinical characteristics of PCOS in the area.Methods:Cluster random sampling method was used to select 1 000 women at childbearing age as respondents;questionnaire survey,physical examination,and ultrasonography were performed according to ESHRE/ASRM diagnostic criteria.For the women suspected of PCOS,six items of sex hormones,fasting serum insulin,and fasting blood glucose were detected on the second day by Abstracting fasting blood samples.A total of 1 000 normal women were selected as control group after definite diagnosis,and the same indexes were detected,the biological indexes were compared between control group and PCOS group.Results:Among 1 000 women of childbearing age in the area,63 women were diagnosed as PCOS definitely,accounting for 6.3% of all the respondents.The clinical manifestations of patients with PCOS included infertility,polycystic ovary,menstrual disorder,acne,hypertrichosis,and obesity,accompanied with changes of sex hormones and serum insulin levels.Conclusion:The prevalence of PCOS in the women of childbearing age in Ronggui area was 6.3%,the main clinical manifestations included polycystic ovary,menstrual disorder,and obesity.
