宫腔镜下宫腔粘连电切术后再粘连的预防及疗效观察

目的:探讨宫腔镜下行中、重度宫腔粘连术后宫腔放置气囊导尿管加宫腔注入粘停宁液加口服戊酸雌二醇治疗宫腔粘连、预防宫腔再粘连及促进子宫内膜生长的效果。方法:对宫腔镜确诊的100例中、重度宫腔粘连患者行宫腔镜粘连分离术。对照组48例术后应用IUD治疗。观察组52例术后应用宫腔置气囊导尿管加宫腔注入粘停宁液加口服戊酸雌二醇综合治疗。结果:对照组、观察组治愈率分别为31.3%、51.9%,有效率分别为72.9%、100.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.001)。结论:中、重度宫腔粘连分离术后宫腔置导尿管为宫腔支架,辅以防粘连液及雌激素对预防再粘连有积极意义。

Prevention of readhesion of uterine adhesion after hysteroscopic electrocision and the curative effect

Objective:To explore the effects of aerocyst urethral catheter,uterine injection of Zhantingning fluid,and oral administration of estradiol valerate on readhesion in patients after hysteroscopic electrocision of moderate and severe uterine adhesion.Methods:A total of 100 patients diagnosed as moderate and severe uterine adhesion by hysteroscopy underwent hysteroscopic electrocision,48 patients in control group were treated with intrauterine device(IUD),while 52 patients in observation group were treated with comprehensive therapy of aerocyst urethral catheter,uterine injection of Zhantingning fluid,and oral administration of estradiol valerate after hysteroscopic electrocision.Results:The cure rates in control group and observation group were 31.3% and 51.9%,respectively,the effective rate were 72.9% and 100%,respectively,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05,P<0.001).Conclusion:After hysteroscopic electrocision of moderate and severe uterine adhesion,placing catheter into uterine cavity as support,using Zhantingning fluid,and oral administration of estrogen have active significances for preventing readhesion.
