布地奈德联合万托林雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效

目的:探讨布地奈德联合万托林雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效和安全性。方法:70例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,给予布地奈德联合万托林雾化吸入治疗,连续治疗3天。观察治疗前后两组主要临床症状和体征改善情况,评价临床疗效,观察不良反应。结果:治疗组临床疗效总有效率为94.3%,显著高于对照组(71.4%),相比较有统计学差异(χ2=6.437,P<0.05)。治疗组喘憋消失、咳嗽缓解、肺部湿啰音和肺部哮鸣音消失时间明显低于对照组,两组相比较有统计学差异(t=5.898、4.899、4.982、7.420,P<0.01)。两组均无不良反应发生。结论:布地奈德联合万托林雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,临床值得推广应用。

Clinical curative efficacy of aerosol inhalation of Budesonide combined with Ventolin for treatment of infantile bronchial asthma

Objective:To explore the clinical curative efficacy and safety of aerosol inhalation of Budesonide combined with Ventolin for treatment of infantile bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 70 infants with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the infants in control group were treated with routine therapy,while the infants in treatment group were treated with aerosol inhalation of Budesonide combined with Ventolin for succussive three days on the basis of routine therapy used in control group.The improvements of main clinical symptoms and signs after treatment were observed,the clinical curative efficacy was evaluated,and the adverse reactions were observed.Results:The total clinical effective rate in treatment group was 94.3%,which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(71.4%)(χ2=6.437,P<0.05).The disappearance time of asthmatoid dyspnea,the remission time of coughing,the disappearance time of lung rales and wheezing sounds in treatment group were statistically significantly shorter than those in control group(t =5.898,4.899,4.982,7.420,P<0.01);no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:Aerosol inhalation of Budesonide combined with Ventolin is a safe and effective therapeutic method for treatment of infantile bronchial asthma,which is worthy to be spread and applied in clinic.
