产前超声动态观察胎儿肾盂扩张的意义及预后评价

目的:评价胎儿肾盂扩张的预后,指导临床采取适当的治疗。方法:采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对2010年在广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院行胎儿系统超声检查发现肾盂扩张胎儿204例315只肾,动态观察其扩张的程度及形态,探查膀胱及输尿管并生后随访。结果:轻度胎儿肾盂扩张常生后消失;胎儿时期进展的肾盂扩张常合并泌尿系畸形,提示生后愈后不良;伴其他畸形时提示胎儿染色体异常。结论:超声动态观察胎儿肾盂扩张能较早的对胎儿肾盂扩张程度进行综合分析评价及生后评价。

Significance of dynamic observation of fetal pyclectasis by prenatal ultrasonography and the evaluation of prognosis

Objective:To evaluate the prognosis of fetuses with pyclectasis,direct appropriate treatment in clinic.Methods:Color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic instrument was used to conduct fetal ultrasonography in the hospital in 2010,then 204 fetuses(315 kidneys) were found with pyclectasis,the degree of dilation and the shape were observed dynamically,bladder and ureter were explored,and all the fetuses were followed up after birth.Results:Mild fetal pyclectasis often disappeared after birth,and pyclectasis which developed during fetal period often complicated by malformation of urinary system,which indicated poor prognosis;when the fetuses were found with pyclectasis and other malformations,fetal chromosomal abnormality was indicated.Conclusion:Observing fetal pyclectasis dynamically by ultrasound can comprehensively analyze and evaluate the degree of fetal pyclectasis after birth.
