纳美芬治疗早产儿原发性呼吸暂停效果分析

目的:探讨纳美芬治疗早产儿原发性呼吸暂停的效果。方法:将98例原发性呼吸暂停早产儿随机分成A组(36例)、B组(32例)和C组(30例),3组早产儿分别给予纳美芬、纳洛酮和氨茶碱治疗,连用3～5天,用药48 h后评价疗效。观察用药48 h内不良反应,用药前及用药1周时查头颅B超了解颅内出血情况。结果:A组显效率及总有效率分别为83.3%和91.7%,均高于B组和C组(P<0.05)。A组和B组高血糖、心率增快、烦躁不安、喂养不耐受、颅内出血等不良反应发生率也低于C组(P<0.05)。结论:应用纳美芬治疗早产儿原发性呼吸暂停有效、合理,不良反应少,值得临床推广使用。

Analysis on the effect of Nalmefene for treatment of primary apnea in premature infants

Objective:To explore the effect of Nalmefene for treatment of primary apnea in premature infants. Methods:A total of 98 premature infants with primary apnea were randomly divided into group A(36 infants),group B(32 infants),and group C(30 infants),the premature infants in the three groups were treated with Nalmefene,Naloxone,and Aminophylline respectively for 3-5 days,then the curative effects were evaluated after 48 hours;the adverse reactions within 48 hours after treatment were observed;intracranial hemorrhage was detected by head ultrasonography before treatment and at one week after treatment. Results:The obvious effective rate and total effective rate in group A were 83.3% and 91.7%,respectively,which were statistically significantly higher than those in group B and group C(P<0.05).The incidences of adverse reactions,such as hyperglycemia,increase of heart rate,dysphoria,feeding intolerance,and intracranial hemorrhage in group A and group B were statistically significantly lower than those in group C(P<0.05). Conclusion:Nalmefene was effective,reasonable,and had fewer adverse reactions for treatment of primary apnea in premature infants,and the method is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.
