上海市职业高中学生性生殖健康认知与需求调查

目的:了解上海市职业高中学生性与生殖健康认知现状与需求。方法:全市范围随机选择7个区县,每个区县2所职业高中,每个学校2个班,采用统一的调查问卷进行调研。结果:①职校学生性生殖健康知识知晓率较低,66.2%的同学不知道少女妊娠的危害性。②性观念和态度较开放:38.9%同学认为只要愿意就可以发生性行为,38.8%的学生谈过恋爱。③性安全意识淡薄:首次性行为未采取避孕措施的有60.5%,以后坚持使用避孕的仅27.8%。④性与生殖保健需求:最希望得到的服务是心理咨询(62.9%)、性生理保健咨询和指导(62.6%),性病预防和治疗(37.3%)。希望通过医务人员、广播电视和网络途径了解性与生殖保健知识。结论:由于职校学生是性教育的重点人群,需从教育体系上加以保证,教育内容上有所侧重,采取形式多样的健康教育手段。

Investigation on the cognition and demand of senior high school students for sexual and reproductive health in vocational high schools in Shanghai

Objective:To understand the current situation of cognition and demand of senior high school students for sexual and reproductive health in vocational high schools in Shanghai.Methods:Seven districts/counties were selected randomly from Shanghai city,two classes were selected from each school,two vocational high schools were selected from each district/county;a uniform questionnaire was used for investigation and research.Results:The awareness rate of sexual and reproductive health knowledge in the senior high school students was low,66.2% of them didn’t know the harmfulness of youth pregnancy.Their sexual concepts and attitudes were open: 38.9% of them thought they could make love if they wanted to,38.8% of them had been in love before.Their consciousness of sexual safety was weak: 60.5% of them didn’t take contraceptive measures during sexual behavior for the first time,only 27.8% of them used contraceptive methods every time.Sexual and reproductive health demand: the services they mostly wanted to get were psychological consultation(62.9%),health consultation and direction about sexual physiology(62.6%),and prevention and treatment of venereal diseases(37.3%).The senior high school students hoped to understand sexual and reproductive health knowledge through medical staff,radio and television,and network.Conclusion:The senior high school students in vocational high schools were key population of sexual education,so suitable education system should be established,health education with focal points should be provided,and various ways should be taken.
