摘    要:目的:探讨Sema4D和Ki-67在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测110例乳腺癌组织中Sema4D和Ki-67的表达,并检测肿瘤MVD值。结果:乳腺癌组织中Sema4D和Ki-67蛋白的阳性表达率分别为71.82%(79/110)和59.09%(65/110),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);淋巴结转移阳性组的Sema4D阳性表达率和MVD值显著高于淋巴结转移阴性组(P<0.01);Sema4D和Ki-67阳性表达与组织学分级、TNM分期及淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05),与肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,Sema4D与Ki-67表达呈正相关(r=0.588,P<0.01)。结论:Sema4D和Ki-67可能对乳腺癌的发生、发展起重要作用。

Expressions of Sema4D and Ki-67 in breast cancer tissue and their relationships with microvascular density

Abstract:Objective:To explore the expressions of Sema4D and Ki-67 in breast cancer tissue and their relationships with microvascular density(MVD). Methods:Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of Sema4D and Ki-67 in 110 cases with breast cancer,MVD values were also detected. Results:The positive expression rates of Sema4D and Ki-67 in breast cancer tissue were 71.82%(79/110) and 59.09%(65/110),respectively,compared with control group,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of Sema4D and MVD value in positive lymph node metastasis group were statistically significantly higher than those in negative lymph node metastasis group(P<0.01).The positive expression rates of Sema4D and Ki67 were significantly correlated with histological grades,TNM stages,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but they were not related to size of breast cancer(P>0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between Sema4D expression and Ki67 expression(γ=0.588,P<0.01). Conclusion:Sema4D and Ki-67 may play important roles in carcinogenesis and development of breast cancer.
