上海市青少年性生殖健康知信行现状

目的:了解上海市青少年性与生殖健康知识、态度和行为,从而为开展针对性的健康教育和健康促进提供依据。方法:全市范围随机选择7个区,每个区抽取两所高中的两个班,使用自行设计的结构性调研问卷进行调研。结果:①对性生殖健康相关知识的知晓率较低,有59.9%的青少年表示不清楚少女妊娠的危害;②对恋爱和性行为持比较开放认同的态度,28.3%的高中生谈过恋爱,认为只要双方愿意就可以发生性行为的比例高达39.9%;③性安全意识淡薄,70.8%青少年在首次性行为时未使用避孕措施。结论:当代青少年性观念和态度较开放,但性生殖保健的知识不足,性安全意识缺乏,急需探索学校、家庭和医疗系统联动的综合干预措施,提高青少年性与生殖健康水平。

Current situation of KAP on sexual and reproductive health of adolescents in Shanghai

Objective:To study the situation of KAP on sexual and reproductive health of adolescents in Shanghai,so as to provide evidence for measurements of health education and promotion.Methods:Seven counties in Shanghai were randomly selected,two high schools in every county were selected as study field.Students of two classes in every school were interviewed by structured questionnaires.Results:① The correct answer rate of knowledge about sexual and reproductive health was low,59.9% of the adolescents did not know that sexual intercourse in safe period could probably cause pregnancy.②Their attitudes toward love and sex behavior were quite open,39.9% of the adolescents thought that if they were willing to,they could have sex;28.3% of the students had been in love before.③Their awareness of safe sex was weak,70.8% had not used contraceptive methods for the first sex.Conclusion:Adolescents’ attitude and concept are quite open today,while they are lack of relevant knowledge of sex and reproductive health and safe awareness.We should develop comprehensive interventions in schools,families and health system,so that to improve adolescents’ sex and reproductive health.
