流产后计划生育服务的实施与效果调查分析

目的:探讨流产后计划生育服务的实施策略与效果。方法:开展流产后计划生育服务之前对就诊患者进行问卷调查,并于服务实施1年后再次调查接受服务的妇女。内容包括避孕节育相关知识知晓情况、避孕措施实施情况以及再次流产等情况。结果:共回收有效问卷2 441份,其中服务前对照组1 132份,服务实施组1 309份。实施组和对照组的避孕相关知识得分分别为(9.57±0.64)分和(6.39±0.39)分,实施组明显高于对照组(F=645.34,P<0.01)。实施组采取主动避孕措施的比例(86.93%)高于对照组(51.32%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=368.05,P<0.01)。对照组重复流产率为23.85%,服务实施组1年后重复流产率为5.57%(χ2=254.42,P<0.01)。结论:流产后计划生育服务有利于提高育龄女性避孕节育相关知识水平,提高避孕措施使用比例,降低重复流产率。

Implementation and effect analysis of post abortion family planning service

Objective:To explore the implementation strategies and effect of post abortion family planning service(PAFPS).Methods:Before conducting PAFPS,the patients were surveyed by a questionnaire,and then they were re-surveyed at one year after implementation,the investigation contents included the awareness condition of contraception and birth control related knowledge,implementation of contraceptive measures,and abortion condition for the second time.Results:A total of 2 441 valid questionnaires were obtained,including 1 132 valid questionnaires in control group before implementation of PAFPS and 1 309 valid questionnaires in PAFPS implementation group.The scores of contraception related knowledge in PAFPS implementation group and control group were(9.57±0.64) and(6.39±0.39),respectively,the score in PAFPS implementation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(F=645.34,P<0.001).The proportion of patients adopting active contraceptive measures in PAFPS implementation group was 86.93%,which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(51.32%),there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ2=368.05,P<0.01).The repeated abortion rate in control group was 23.85%,and the repeated abortion rate at one year after implementation of PAFPS in PAFPS implementation group was 5.57%,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ2=254.42,P<0.01).Conclusion:PAFPS is helpful to improve contraception and birth control related knowledge level in women at childbearing age,improve the proportion of patients using contraceptive measures,and reduce the repeated abortion rate.
