血清HMGB1与新生儿窒息后脑损伤的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨新生儿脐血和生后血清高迁移率族蛋白-1(HMGB1)变化对新生儿窒息的诊断及窒息后脑损伤的判断价值。方法:对窒息新生儿脐血及生后3~7天血清HMGB1变化进行分析。结果:①窒息新生儿脐血HMGB1水平高于正常对照组;②窒息新生儿后3~7天血清HMGB1水平高于正常对照组;③重度窒息新生儿脐血及生后3~7天血清HMGB1水平明显高于轻度窒息新生儿,脐血及生后3~7天血清HMGB1窒息组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);④发生脑水肿及颅内出血的患儿生后3~7天血清HMGB1含量显著增高。结论:HMGB1与新生儿窒息密切相关,有助于新生儿窒息的诊断及窒息后脑损伤的判断。

Relationship between serum HMGB1 and cerebral injury after neonatal asphyxia

Abstract:Objective:To explore the value of change of high mobility group box-1(HMGB1) levels in umbilical blood and serum of neonates after birth for diagnosis of neonatal asphyxia and prediction of cerebral injury after neonatal asphyxia.Methods:The changes of HMGB1 levels in umbilical blood and serum at 3-7 days after birth in neonates with asphyxia were analyzed.Results:The level of HMGB1 in umbilical blood of neonates with asphyxia was statistically significantly higher than that in normal control group;the level of HMGB1 in serum at 3-7 days after birth of neonates with asphyxia was statistically significantly higher than that in normal control group;the levels of HMGB1 in umbilical blood and serum at 3-7 days after birth in neonates with severe asphyxia were statistically significantly higher than those in neonates with mild asphyxia;there was no statistically significant difference in the level of HMGB1 in the neonates with asphyxia between umbilical blood and serum at 3-7 days after birth(P>0.05);the serum content of HMGB1 increased significantly in the neonates with cerebral edema and intracranial hemorrhage at 3-7 days after birth.Conclusion:HMGB1 is closely related to neonatal asphyxia,which is beneficial to diagnosing neonatal asphyxia and predicting cerebral injury after asphyxia.
