人工流产即时放置3种宫内节育器12个月临床效果观察

目的:观察Tcu380A、宫型200、活性γ型3种宫内节育器(IUD)人工流产即时放置的临床效果。方法:选择在医院门诊就诊、符合研究标准、自愿参加研究的人工流产妇女150例为观察对象,随即分为3组各50例,采用生存分析软件进行分析。结果:12个月随访率为93.33%,无1例人工流产术并发症发生。Tcu380A脱落终止率为4.21/每百妇女年,宫型200和活性Γ型为0,3组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);宫型200、γ型活性两组因症取出率分别为4.00和2.00/每百妇女年,高于Tcu380A组,3组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:人工流产即时放置宫内节育器不增加子宫穿孔、盆腔感染等并发症发生。Tcu380A、宫型200、活性γ型3种IUD安全、有效,适宜人工流产后即时放置。

Observation on clinical effects of immediate application of three kinds of intrauterine device at abortion for 12 months

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of immediate application of Tcu380A intrauterine device(IUD),uterine-shape IUD,and active γ-shape IUD at abortion.Methods:A total of 150 women who underwent artificial abortion in outpatient department in the hospital,met the criteria,and participated in the study of their own were selected as observation objects,then they were divided into three groups,50 women in each group,survival analysis software was used for analysis.Results:The follow-up rate at 12 months was 93.33%.No complications of artificial abortion occurred.The removal rate of Tcu380A IUD was 4.21% per year,no IUD removal occurred in uterine-shape IUD and active γ-shape IUD,there was no statistically significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05).The medical removal rates of uterine-shape IUD and active γ-shape IUD were 4.00% per year and 2.00% per year,respectively,which were higher than that of Tcu380A IUD,there was no statistically significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Immediate application of IUD at abortion can’t increase the complications,such as uterine perforation and pelvic infection.Tcu380A IUD,uterine-shape IUD,and active γ-shape IUD were safe and effective,which were suitable for immediate application at abortion.
