摘    要:CT生产厂商推出了自动曝光控制AEC技术,根据受检者的体态调节管电流,达到减小辐射剂量的目的。在扫描过程中采用AEC技术,系统会给出一个剂量指数CTDI_(vol),但对于整个扫描过程,实际的CTDI_(vol)是随着管电流的改变而不断改变的。因此,厂商提供的CTDI_(vol)到底有什么指导意义,本文将以临床实验和计算机软件模拟相结合的方法,探讨系统剂量指数的指导意义。

Abstract:All major CT manufacturers propose automatic exposure control (AEC) devices to decrease patients' dose during examination. CT equipment can provide a dose index called CTDI_(vol) to indicate the dose delivered to patients.However,during AEC modulation CTDI_(vol) changes according to different tube current.So what does CTDI_(vol) mean? In this study,we discuss the guiding significance of CTDI_(vol) during AEC modulation by the combination of clinical experiments and computer simulation.
