| 摘 要： | 本研究应用胎盘免疫调节因子（ＰＩＦ）辅助治疗恶性肿瘤３１３例，并以同期诊断相同的恶性肿瘤３１３例作对照，以观察其疗效及对免疫功能的影响。结果表明：治疗组病人体重较对照组明显增加（Ｐ〈０．００１）；ＣＤ３＾＋；ＣＤ４＾＋细胞，ＮＫ细胞活性和淋转率明显升高（Ｐ值均〈０．００１），ＣＤ８＾＋细胞降低，但未达显著水平，ＣＤ４＾＋／ＣＤ８＾＋细胞比值治疗后比治疗前也有明显提高（Ｐ〈０．０５），而对照组无明显

| Abstract: | The curative effect and immunological function of 313 patients of malignant tumor treated with placental immunoregulating factor (PIF) were observed and compared with a control group of 313 patients of similar malignant tumor diagnosed in the same period The results showed that the body weight, the CD + 3cells, the CD + 4 cells ,the activity of NK cells and the ratio of lymphocyte transforming of treating group significantly increased than that of control group( P <0 001). After PIF treatment, the CD + 3/CD + 8 ratio, IgG and IgM level of the treating group significantly increased than before PIF treatment (CD + 3/CD + 8: P <0 05,IgG, IgM: P <0 001) The result indicate that PIF is a good immunoregulating and immunoenhancing factor, it can obviously promote the immunological function of patients |
