| 摘 要： | 选择冠心病患者甲硫氨酸合成酶（MS）基因上与蛋白质功能和结构有关的一个片段，应用多聚酶链反应－单链构象多态性（PCR－SSCP）技术结合测序法测序。结果显示，在研究对象中未发现目的片段上的突变。与Genbank中MS基因cDNA相应部位的充阢一致，证实为正常基因型。提示我国MS基因此片段可能突变较少，与冠心病关系不大。

| Abstract: | To study mutation in a part of methionine synthase(MS) gene associated with structure and function of MS in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),polymerase chain reaction (PCR) single strand conformation polymorphism(SSCP) and sequencing were used. The results showed that the mutation was no found. Sequence was consistent with that in genebank. This suggested that the mutation in objective part of MS gene was less common in Chinese patients with CHD. |
