摘    要:目的  了解郑州某高校新生对两种国产乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗预防接种的效果。方法  采用随机抽样方法,抽取743名新生分为两组,分别接种重组乙肝疫苗(CHO细胞)和重组乙肝疫苗(汉逊酵母),剂量均为10μg/0.5ml, 按0、1、6个月免疫程序接种,免疫后2个月,检测血清抗-HBs滴度,比较两种疫苗的抗体阳转率和几何平均浓度(GMC)。结果  重组乙肝疫苗(CHO细胞)组的抗体阳转率为87.14%,重组乙肝疫苗(汉逊酵母)组的抗体阳转率为97.20%。两组疫苗的抗-HBs GMC分别为1489.72和2265.68 mIU/ml。 结论  国产重组乙肝疫苗(汉逊酵母)预防接种效果良好,应大力 推广使用。

Analysis of immunization effects of two kinds of domestic hepatitis B vaccines

Abstract:Objective To evaluate immunization effects of two kinds of domestic recombinant hepatitis B vaccines in college freshmen.Methods A total of 743 freshmen were randomly divided into recombinant hepatitis B vaccine (CHO cell) group and recombinant hepatitis B vaccine (Hansenula polymorpha) group,and the freshmen in each group were immunized with 3 doses of the corresponding vaccine 10μg/0.5 ml at a schedule of 0, 1, and 6 months.Serum anti-HBs titer was measured 2 months after the last vaccination, and antibody positive rates and geometric mean concentration (GMC) were compared between the two groups.χ~2 test was adopted in the comparison between the two groups.ResultsAntibody positive rates were 87.14% in recombinant hepatitis B vaccine (CHO cell) group and 97.20% in recombinant hepatitis B vaccine (Hansenula polymorpha) group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ~2 = 6.28,P < 0.05).Anti-HBs GMCs were 1489.72 and 2265.68 IU/L, respectively, in the two groups.Conclusion The effect of recombinant hepatitis B vaccine (Hansenula polymorpha) is good, which can be used widely.
