摘    要:本研究通过建立的臭氧(O3)致衰老的小鼠模型,采用改良硫代巴比妥酸荧光法,观察了云南花粉田七口服液(YunNan Pollen Tienchi Oral Liquid,简称 YN-PTOL)预处理对血浆和心肌中脂质过氧化物(Lipid  Peroxide, LPO)含量的影响。结果表明:预处理实验组LPO含量明显低于空白对照组和阳性对照组(P<0.05),但空白对照组与阳性对照组相比,差别无显著性意义(P>0.05)。这表明:YN-PTOL预处理对O_3致衰老小鼠模型的自由基损伤具有明显保护作用,是一种预防与治疗 O3损伤的有效药物。

Abstract:To determine whether preconditioning with YunNan Pollen Tienchi Oral Liquid (YN-PTOL) has protective effect, a model of aging was produced in mouse by inspiring an quantities Ozone (O3). Lipid peroxide (LPO) of plasma and myocardium was measured by the thinobarbituric acid (TBA) fluorescence spectrophotometry method. The result showed that the amount of LPO in the experimental group can be highly decreased than the blank group and the positive group(p<0. 05), but no significant difference between the blank group and the positive group (P>0. 05). The study indicated the preconlitioning with YN-PTOL protects the mouse from free radical injury.
