还原型谷胱甘肽辅助治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床观察

目的观察还原型谷胱甘肽注射液配合泼尼松、环磷酰胺治疗难治性肾病综合征的疗效。方法将60例难治性肾病综合征患者随机分为2组各30例,均给予泼尼松、环磷酰胺及常规对症治疗,治疗组在此基础加用还原型谷胱甘肽,观察2组治疗前后的临床表现、24h尿蛋白定量、血白蛋白、血尿素氮、血肌酐、血总胆固醇情况。结果治疗组总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(76.67%);治疗后治疗组和对照组各项生化指标与治疗前比较明显改善(P<0.01或P<0.05),治疗后治疗组生化指标改善比对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽配合泼尼松、环磷酰胺治疗难治性肾病综合征疗效肯定。

Reduced Glutathione in the Treatment of Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of reduced glutathione injection with prednisone cyclophosphamide in treating refractory nephrotic syndrome.Methods 60 patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group,30 patients for each.Prednisone,cyclophosphamide and conventional symptomatic treatment were given to the control group while additional reduced glutathione to the treatment group.Clinical manifestations,24-hour urine protein,blood albumin,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and total blood cholesterol were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results The treatment group had a higher total effective rate(96.67%) than the control group(76.67%).After treatment,significant improvement of biochemical indicators occurred in both groups(P<0.01or P<0.05) and the treatment group got more obvious improvement than the controls(P<0.05).Conclusions In combination with prednisone and cyclophosphamide,reduced glutathione is effective for refractory nephrotic syndrome.
