195例胚胎停育绒毛组织细胞遗传学分析

摘    要:目的通过对绒毛组织细胞遗传学分析得出胚胎停育患者的停育原因。方法无菌条件下对195例胚胎停育患者的绒毛组织,采取体外细胞培养及染色体制备,G显带核型分析。结果 195例胚胎停育患者绒毛组织培养成功193例(98.97%),染色体分析193例,检出染色体异常103例(52.82%)。结论胚胎染色体异常是胚胎停育的主要原因,绒毛组织细胞遗传学分析具有重要的临床意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the cause of embryonic diapause by analyzing the karyotypes of choronic villi.Methods Under sterile conditions,choronic villi were sampled from 195 cases of embryonic diapause for cell culture in vitro and prepared for G-binding karyotype analysis.Results In 193 of the 195 cases of embryonic diapause,the samples of choronic villi were cultured successfully.Among 193 cases receiving chromosome analysis,103 were found to have chromosome abnormalities(52.82%).Conclusions Chromosome abnormality of the embryo is the main cause for embryonic diapause,therefore,cytogenetic analysis of choronic villi was of important clinical significance.
