徐州地区心脑血管疾病预防知识知晓情况及影响因素调查

目的了解徐州地区心脑血管疾病预防知识知晓情况及其影响因素。方法通过整群随机抽样抽取徐州市圆梦小区、东店子社区、金山小区年龄在15～46周岁之间的339位居民,用《徐州地区心脑血管疾病预防知识知晓情况及影响因素调查》表对其调查。结果 (1)居民对心脑血管预防知识知晓率不高,最高正答率为80.1%,最低为16.3%;(2)不同宣传方式对心脑血管预防知识知晓情况存在影响;(3)65.5%的居民不主动了解心脑血管疾病预防知识,主要原因是觉得自己没有相关疾病。结论进一步加强相关预防知识的宣教工作,注意多种宣传方式结合并强化传单、电视方式的应用。

Awareness of Prevention of Cardio-cerebrovascular Disease And Its Influencing Factors in Xuzhou

Objective To have a general idea about the awareness of prevention of cardio-cerebrovascular disease and its influencing factors in Xuzhou.Methods 339 residents aged 15 to 46 years were randomly selected from Dreams District,East Dianzitou community and Jinshan District in Xuzhou for a questionnaire survey about the awareness of prevention of cardio-cerebrovascular disease and its influencing factors.Results 1) Residents has little knowledge about prevention of cardio-cerebrovascular disease,with the highest response rate being 80.1%,the lowest 16.3%.2) Different publicizing ways could affect the acceptance of knowledge of disease prevention by the residents.3) About 65.5% of the residents did not want to actively gain the knowledge of disease prevention,for they thought they didn’t have such kind of disease.Conclusions In combination with a variety of propaganda ways such as TV and leaflets,education of prevention knowledge need to be further strengthened.
