Abstract: | Chronic kidney disease is a critical public health problem and health economic burden. This research adopted the clustering analysis method, which was used to divide 259 patients into 3 subgroups of patients, based on the situational leadership management. The goal was to discover the needs for patient management and a self-management support strategy applied to clinical care. At the same time, the aim was to constantly improve the ability of self-management for patients with chronic kidney disease to improve their physical and mental health, to realize the diversification of slow disease management, and customization of care. |
