麝香保心丸在冠心病心绞痛急性发作中的应用分析

目的：观察麝香保心丸在冠心病患者心绞痛急性发作治疗中的应用.方法：选取冠心病心绞痛急性发作患者72例,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组各36例.对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用麝香保心丸.观察比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果：治疗组总有效率为86.11％,明显高于对照组的61.11％（P＜0.05）.结论：麝香保心丸在冠心病急性发作时可改善心肌缺血并快速缓解患者症状,值得临床推广应用.

Application Analysis of Shexiang Baoxin Pill on Acute Attack of Angina of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective ： To observe the Shexiang Baoxin Pill on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in patients with acute episode of application in the treatment of. Methods： 72 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in patients with acute attack, which were divided into control group and treatment group with 36 cases in each. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, the treatment group in the control group on the basis of Shexiang Baoxin pill. To observe the therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results：the total effective rate of treatment group was 86.11%, significantly higher than 61.11% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Shexiang Baoxin Pill in the acute coronary heart disease can improve myocardial ischemia and alleviate symptoms, is worth the clinical to apply.
